We bought lights!

Lots of lights! 3 for the living room! We needed a little lamp for our new accent table from Target.
We also got a table lamp for one of the end tables!
Then we got this funky, cylinder lamp on a whim. I am not really sure why...or where we are going to put it?! We just liked it!
I can hear Mike hammering away downstairs on our new bookshelf so I will post the rest of our new purchases tomorrow. It is 9:30 which means I need to get ready! By bedtime is just around the corner! Good night! (When is your bedtime? And I the only one who shuts down so early?)
I love the cylinder lamp. I think you could use it anywhere. Getting ready for bed at 9:30 will never happen for me, unless I am taking a nap (which sometimes does happen actually). My bed time is closer to 4 am but I get to sleep until noon everyday too:) I absolutely hate mornings and love staying up late every night.
I'm right there with you--I get up at 4:45-5:00 every morning, so I try really hard to be in bed by 10:00!
The one and only time I went to Ikea I purchased a ton of random lamps, too! That was it....just lamps. I still have them and that was about 4 years ago so I say it was worth it.
I got to bed at 10-10:30 each night.
Love the lamps! I can't wait to see what else you two got. I go to bed around 10-10:30 everynight. I try to get to work early, because the earlier I get in, the earlier I get to leave.
Darn it, now I have to go to IKEA and get me some lamps! They have to open up one in STL, come on! Love the ones you got expecially the funky cylindrical one.
My bedtime is around 12 midnight or 1, then up at 7 am for work! My FI is a night owl though and can stay up until 3 am watching t.v. in bed.
