I know that it is complete trash, sleaze, and cheese but I LOVE IT! 
I know there are more Nip/Tuck fans out there. Mike has watched every season with me but he just won't do it. He said last year was just too ridiculous. The more ridiculous, the better for me.
i was kinda bummed by tonnight but hopefully the rest of the season will be better. i love it too!
I was busy last night so I DVRed it but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Between that and the new season of Damages on FX I'm in TV heaven!
I hate to admit it, but I love it too! I have last night's episode on the DVR to watch today. It is horribly cheesy and pretty naughty, but it's my guilty pleasure.
I have watched all of the seasons as well and am of course obsessed but last nights' episode was a little slow (and depressing!). Hopefully things will pick up in the next few weeks!
See, I thought last season was better than the one two seasons ago when they sold the practice to Larry Hagman. I thought Dr. Christian Troy had some awesome zingers last night, including, "if only you could push it with your dick." Classic.
Such sleaze but I love it. It's a guilty pleasure!
