Honeymoon (part 1)

I have just realized that I never blogged about our honeymoon!

2 days before our wedding, we had to decide if we wanted to risk going to Riviera Maya and being rained on because of the hurricane OR switch out plans and go to Cabo. It seems like an easy choice but I was very upset about it. I had been looking forward to our "swim-up suite" for months and months. Here was my original post back in March.

We decided to switch our plans to Cabo and I am so glad that we did. We LOVED our honeymoon and had a blast. Our new location was the Riu Palace in Cabo San Lucas.

***This is going to be an abbreviated review of the trip but it will probably take a few posts!***

When we got to our hotel, I was so so excited that I stepped out on our porch and started snapping pictures. Check out the view!We enjoyed our half-day of sun at the pool (of course with underwater pictures)...After cleaning up from our first day in Cabo, we ate a yummy dinner at the hotel's Mexican themed restaurant.The next day was wonderful...we met friends!We enjoyed many hours (and many drinks) at the pool and decide to go on a "sunset cruise" that evening. Ummm...we were fooled. The trip was NOT a "sunset cruise"...it was, in fact, a BOOZE CRUISE! It started off pretty calmand progressively got wilder. The Titanic pose, right?! Very romantic! Of course, we enjoyed our cruise with our new friendsLONGGGGG DAY but it was so much fun! Day 3 and 4 up next :)
