WW- Week 5...Slowly by surely...


WW Week 5
Weigh-in: -2.4 lbs
Total Loss: -6.6 lbs

Yahoooo! I love weeks when I lose! Especially when one comes a week after I gained. On Saturday , Mike and I took a wonderful run in Forest Park with our great friends, Peter and Kate. Mike and Peter ran 7 miles (Mike's longest and fastest run ever). Kate and I did run/walk intervals and ended up running 3.5 miles total with probably another mile of walking. I really liked running in the park and I would like to do it more often when it starts warming up!

Unfortunately, we ate Mexican TWICE this weekend and I have a feeling it is going to impact this weeks weight loss. We shall see...

Great loss! Every time I read a post about your success, I realize I need to get my butt in gear.

Also, the Chicken Puffs are NOT WW friendly...I figured out points once and was appalled. Which is why I only make them on special occasions.
