I did it! Today, I officially hit my 20 pound weight loss. It all started last year (January 24, 2012) and one year and 3 weeks later, I finally met my first BIG goal. 20 pounds! I promised a giveaway so here we go. One of my favorite things!
What is your favorite workout? Do you run? Crossfit? Yoga? Videos at home?
My new goal is to lose another 10 by my sister's wedding in June. Let's do this!

Girl, that is so amazing! And the fact that you did it the healthy way over the course of the year means you have SUCH a greater change of KEEPING it off and maintaining those healthy habits - congrats!

Congrats! Not necessarily my favorite workout, but the one I do the most is running because I can just put my daughter in the stroller and go.
Congrats and way to stick with it! I love yoga or a good cradi class but since becoming a SAHM I let go of my gm membership need to get back on the wagon some how.
Way to go girlie!! Congrats on meeting your goal! I enjoy a good Zumba class when I get the time, otherwise I use the Nike Training app and do a few workouts on there at home.
Congratulations! I'm so proud of you! You know I love bikram and regular yoga, personal training bootcamp, and the occasional jog. I really enjoyed trying barre method and title boxing. xoxo

I have seen so many people talk about these Bic Bands, Congrats! I am also trying to loose weight and am around 8 lb down,but also want to loose at least 20 lbs.

20 lbs that's awesome! I really love a good long walk with the dog on a nice day, but since it's been cold for so long I prefer short brisk walks and videos at home. Good luck with the next goal!

Nice work! Im doing weight watchers and just met my 5% goal, its my first goal but I'm feeling really empowered! I haven't found my workout niche yet, but its been fun doing all different workouts and videos looking for it.

Awesome job, momma! I hope I can say that soon :) I've got about 35 I want to loose. I miss working out and slowly getting back to it. My prekids favorite thing was kickboxing and hope to get to a class once a week but for now, it's the old treadmill. oh, joy, lol!
Way to go! I love zumba and am picky about my instructors. I like the Pitbull tunes and hip-hop, not the merengue and Latin songs.
Woo hoo! I've been following you on MFP. I'm almost to the 30 lb mark (I gained 60-70 during pregnancy, and we are approaching her 1 year birthday in a week!)
I'm kind of a fan of the elliptical (if you can't tell from MFP) and I just started the couch to 5k. :)
highly recommend the bob harper (from biggest loser) videos--they're tough stuff but a great all around workout! and congrats on hitting your goal!

I am a runner with a gym membership, so it's mostly treadmill for me plus some weights if I have the extra time. Otherwise I love my Jackie Warner workout video. She is amazing!

Congrats on the weight loss, Lauren! That's a HUGE achievement! My favorite workout is pilates, but I can't afford it anymore! Oh well, I will settle for outdoor running, I guess:)
